Wage ClaimsIf you think you are being under paid and your are a financial union member complete a wage complaint form and return it to the union.
The BLF recovers from employers over $2 million in unpaid wages per year.
If you are a member of the union and you have a wage complaint then complete the wage complaint form and return it to the union office by mail (366 Upper Roma St Brisbane Qld 4000), in person, or by fax (07 3236 2138). Wage complaints sent to the union via e-mail cannot be accepted as we require a signed form to proceed with the complaint.
The wage complaint form is in a PDF format. To view the wage complaint form you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader then you can download the program from the Adobe website for free.
Workers Compensation
The BLFQ provides assistance in filing your Workers Compensation claim, following up your claim, and representation at medical tribunals.
Health and Safety
The BLFQ is dedicated to ensuring that you are able to work in a safe environment. To this end all of our organisers are accredited Occupational Health and Safety Officers. You can rest assured that they will work tirelessly to improve the safety within the industry. |
