If you are a Financial member of the union and you believe that you have been unfairly dismissed then complete the Unfair Dismissal complaint form and return it to the union office by mail (366 Upper Roma St Brisbane Qld 4000), in person, or by fax (07 3236 2138).   Unfair Dismissal complaints sent to the union via e-mail cannot be accepted as we require a signed form to proceed with the complaint.

 PLEASE NOTE: Applications alleging a dismissal was unfair need to be lodged with the Industrial Relations Commission within 21 days after the dismissal took effect.  Applications made after 21 days may not be considered.
