Construction worker, Ark Tribe is fighting for his freedom for not attending an ABCC interview which denied him the right to silence. We, the union stand by Ark Tribe because Australians should all have the same rights, and construction workers need not be treated as sub-human.

If Ark goes to jail, Australia's reputation as a free and democratic nation will be stained forever.
